FEDERICO A. BOYD

Federico (Fred) is a principal in Hyatt & Stubblefield and has practiced exclusively in the field of community association/condominium and golf and country club law since 1993.  He represents developers in the development of residential and commercial master-planned communities, condominiums, and multi-use communities.  He also represents developers of resorts and private equity and non-equity country clubs.  In addition to developing and implementing community governance and club structures, Fred also has extensive experience in federal and state land sales compliance and in developing merchant builder programs.  Fred represents developers throughout the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean.

 

Fred earned a B.S.B.A. from the University of Florida in 1984 (with Honors), an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University in 1988, and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1992.

 

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and spoke at the 2003 ULI Real Estate Trends Conference presented by the ULI-Atlanta District Council and at ULI's 2006 Developing Master-Planned Communities.

 

Fred is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of California.  Fred and his wife, Cindy, have two children and reside in Atlanta, Georgia.  A native of Panama, he is fluent in Spanish.
